Shipping Policies

Free shipping offers are valid for select products being shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. Offer not valid on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Free Shipping offers do NOT apply to International deliveries. Items returned that had been shipped for free will be refunded for the price of the merchandise excluding the actual shipping cost.

Shipping Methods
Orders being shipped within the 48 contiguous states are shipped either UPS or US Postal Service.

Shipping Transit Times
Depending on destination, please allow 1-5 business days for shipping. Please see transit time map below for estimated transit time to your area.


Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
Orders being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are shipped US Postal Service. Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery. Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available. Transit map shown above does apply to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.

Expedited Shipping
UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select are available, if orders are needed quickly, for an additional fee. Please contact us for help with expedited shipping.

UPS does not consider Saturday, Sunday or any national holiday as a transit day nor do they deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. For help deciding what expedited method is best please call 610.252.6162.

Same Day Shipping
Same Day Shipping is available on most products. If you need same day shipping please call 610.252.6162 between the hours of 8 AM - 4 PM Eastern. Please note that 'Same Day Shipping' does not mean that your order will arrive at your shipping destination the same day you order it.

APO/FPO & P.O. Box Addresses
Shipments to APO/FPO & P.O. Box addresses are shipped USPS Parcel Select. Expedited and express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO & P.O. Box addresses. Standard delivery timeframe do not apply to APO/FPO & P.O. Box shipments. To avoid delays we suggest shipping your order to a physical address rather than a PO Box or APO/FPO.

Shipping Locations
Most orders ship from our Easton, PA warehouse. On occasion we may ship your order from alternative locations throughout the continental United States. This may or may not cause shipping times to vary. For information on where a product ships from please call 610.252.6162.

Undeliverable Shipments
Most shipping carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Unless requested by customer our packages do not require a signature for delivery. It is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. In this case, an additional shipping charge will be deducted from any refund and/or an additional shipping charge will be required for reshipment.

Refused by Recipient 
A $10 return delivery fee will also be applied for delivery refusal on non-damaged goods. An additional shipping charge will be required for reshipment.
