Returns & Exchanges
Any orders placed from November 1 - December 31 will have a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee. Orders placed January 1 - October 31 have a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee. All merchandise must be returned in new condition with all original boxes, packing material, documentation, and instructions and must be able to be resold.
- Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning items. Winestuff.com will pay the shipping costs only if you received an incorrect or defective item.

Refunds
It may take up to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. We can only issue a refund or credit to the original purchaser. Please note shipping charges are not refunded. Items returned that had been shipped for free will be refunded for the price of the merchandise excluding the actual shipping cost.
Amazon Orders: A 6% restocking fee will apply to all returns of orders placed through Amazon.
Damages & Replacements|
When your order is delivered please make every effort to inspect it as soon as possible. You must report a damage claim within 10 business days of delivery, any damage claim after that point will not be honored.
If there is damage to your order please
contact us for a replacement at no additional charge.
