The Totally Bamboo 17-1/2” Montecito Series Bamboo/Poly Composite Cutting Board is an innovation in cutting board material. The board is made using Totally Bamboo’s proprietary PhylloTech™ composite material that combines bamboo fiber and polypropylene for a truly unique cutting board experience! The integrated bamboo fiber makes the board knife-friendly and more Earth-friend than other boards that are strictly polypropylene. The Montecito features large non-slip silicone grips on each corner to hold the board securely in place for precise cuts. A juice groove runs along the interior edge of each side of the board to keep counter tops clean. When the prep is done, the Montecito board is dishwasher safe for hassle-free cleaning.
