Shipping Policies

Shipping Times:
Our goal is to process all orders within 1 business day of receipt and ship orders with in 24 hours, subject to availability. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 PM EST). If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday your order will be processed the next business day. In the event the products you ordered are drop shipped from their manufacturers/producers shipping times may vary. In some cases, Winestuff may hold orders up to 30 days before shipping. This is done when a transaction triggers one or more of the many anti-fraud triggers Winestuff has implemented.

Shipping Methods:
Orders are shipped using FedEx, FedEx Smartpost, UPS, or US Postal Service. Unless a specific carrier is requested, Winestuff reserves the right to determine which carrier and service will be used. When choosing your shipping method during the check out process, verify that the shipping address will be able to receive your selected shipping method. If your order requires expedited shipping service or a specific delivery date please call 1-800-946-3788 Mon-Fri 8 am - 4 pm EST or e-mail us for shipping rates. Depending on destination, please allow 1-8 business days for shipping.

FedEx

  • FedEx SmartPost - An efficient, cost-effective way to ship low-weight packages to residences, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO destinations. Deliveries typically take 3–8 business days. FedEx picks up the packages, sorts and then routes them to a US Postal Service facility for final delivery. A US Postal Service postman will deliver the package. Tracking of the packages can be done using a FedEx tracking #.
  • FedEx Home Delivery - This service is for residential addresses only. Deliveries typically take 1–5 business days. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. FedEx picks up, sorts and delivers the package. Tracking of the packages is done using a FedEx tracking #.
  • Fedex Ground - This service is for commercial addresses only. Deliveries typically take 1–5 business days. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. FedEx picks up, sorts and delivers the package. Tracking of the packages is done using a FedEx tracking #.
  • FedEx Express Saver - Delivery is in 3 business days by 4:30 p.m. to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences). Available throughout all states except Alaska and Hawaii. FedEx picks up, sorts and delivers the package. Tracking of the packages is done using a FedEx tracking #. For this service orders must be placed by phone no later than 1pm EST 3 business days prior to expected delivery date.
  • FedEx 2Day - Second-business-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences). For certain shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, delivery is in 3 business days. Available throughout all 50 states. FedEx picks up, sorts and delivers the package. Tracking of the packages is done using a FedEx tracking #. For this service, orders must be placed by phone no later than 1pm EST, two business days prior to expected delivery date.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight - Next day delivery by 3 p.m. to most areas and by 4:30 p.m. to some rural areas. FedEx picks up, sorts and delivers the package. Tracking of the packages is done using a FedEx tracking #. For this service, orders must be placed no later than 1pm EST, 1 business day prior to expected delivery date.
  • FedEx Priority Overnight - Next day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most areas and by 5:00 p.m. to some rural areas. FedEx picks up, sorts and delivers the package. Tracking of the packages is done using a FedEx tracking #. For this service, orders must be placed no later than 1pm EST, 1 business day prior to expected delivery date.
  • FedEx First Overnight - Next day delivery by 8, 8:30, 9 or 10 a.m., depending on destination. FedEx picks up, sorts and delivers the package. Tracking of the packages is done using a FedEx tracking #. For this service, orders must be placed by phone no later than 1pm EST, 1 business day prior to expected delivery date.


US Postal Service

  • First Class Mail & Parcel Select - An efficient, cost-effective way to ship low-weight packages to residential, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO destinations. Deliveries typically take 2–8 business days. US Postal Service picks up, sorts and delivers the package. Tracking of the packages is done using a US Postal Service tracking #.


UPS

  • UPS SurePost - An efficient, cost-effective way to ship low-weight packages to residences, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO destinations. Deliveries typically take 1–8 business days. UPS picks up the packages, sorts and then routes them to a US Postal Service facility for final delivery. A US Postal Service postman will deliver the package.   • UPS 3 Day Select - Delivery is in 3 business days by end of business day. Available throughout all states except Alaska and Hawaii. UPS picks up, sorts and delivers the package. Tracking of the packages is done using a UPS tracking #. For this service orders must be placed by phone no later than 1pm EST 3 business days prior to expected delivery date.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivery is in 2 business days by end of business day. Available throughout all states except Alaska and Hawaii. UPS picks up, sorts and delivers the package. Tracking of the packages is done using a UPS tracking #. For this service request, orders must be placed by phone no later than 1pm EST, two business days prior to expected delivery date.
  • UPS Next Day Air - Delivery the next business day by 10:30 am, 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination. Available throughout all states except Alaska and Hawaii. UPS picks up, sorts and delivers the package. Tracking of the packages is done using a UPS tracking #. For this service, orders must be placed by phone no later than 1pm EST, 1 business day prior to expected delivery date.


Expedited Shipping:

Next Day, 2 Day and Three Day expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. If your order requires expedited shipping service or a specific delivery date please call 1-800-946-3788 Mon-Fri 8 am - 4 pm EST to place your order. Please note there are no guaranteed weekend deliveries for any of the services above.  Your shipping email confirmation will indicate the method of service used.

Tracking Information:
All orders shipped are traceable. Customers will receive tracking information of shipped orders directly by email from Winestuff.com on the day after shipment. To track your order simply click here.

Delivery Intercepts:
In some cases, we can request a delivery intercept to change the delivery address on a package before they are delivered. Delivery intercept is NOT a guaranteed service and a fee is charged by the shipping company. This fee is accessed by the shipping company only and will only be charged if your intercept request is completed.

Free Shipping Offers:
Free shipping offers are valid for purchases being delivered within the contiguous United States only. Free shipping offers or promotions are not valid on deliveries to APO/FPO addresses, International deliveries, Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. Orders being shipped to APO/FPO addresses, International deliveries, Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico will be charged shipping costs after the order is processed and shipped.

Free shipping offers do NOT apply to wine cellars, cooling units, wine racks, all Howard Miller products, Wine Keeper systems and their components, items shipped from manufacturers or freight collect, and personalized items which require additional delivery times.

Please note you may be charged for shipping and any applicable restocking fees on returned orders. This includes the cost of free shipping; items returned that had been shipped for free will be refunded for the price of the merchandise excluding the actual shipping cost.

Undeliverable Shipments:
Most shipping carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Unless requested by customer our packages do not require a signature for delivery. It is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. In this case, an additional shipping charge will be deducted from any refund and/or an additional shipping charge will be required for reshipment. In the case where an order was shipped as a gift directly to recipient(s), all undeliverable packages returned to Winestuff will be forwarded to buyer's billing address.

Refused by Recipient:
A $10 return delivery fee will also be applied for delivery refusal on non-damaged goods. An additional shipping charge will be required for reshipment.

Custom Wine Cellars, Coolers & Racking, All Howard Miller Products:
Free shipping offers do NOT apply to wine cellars, cooling units, wine racks, all Howard Miller products, Wine Keeper systems and their components, items shipped from manufacturers or freight collect, and personalized items require additional delivery times. Because of size and/or weight, some items require an additional shipping surcharge. Shipping for large items will vary according to destination, and will be charged to your account when calculated. Please make sure wine cellars, cooling units, wine racks, Wine Keeper systems fit and are compatible with your space as ALL sales are final. It some cases additional shipping charges may apply after your order is shipped. Shipping times on wine cellars, coolers & racking and Howard Miller products vary from 2-6 weeks. Cancellations:
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you would like to return the item, please see Returns & Exchanges section below. Do not refuse the delivery of non-damaged goods as this will result in up to a $10 return delivery fee.
