Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) to Winestuff within 30 days upon delivery for refund or exchange. Items returned after 30 days will apply to store credit or exchange only.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All merchandise must be returned in new condition with all original boxes, packing material, documentation, and instructions and must be able to be resold. Ship to: Winestuff Returns Center, 410 S 16th, Easton, Pa 18042. Hold onto all return tracking information when shipping your item(s) back to Winestuff. Please note you may be charged for shipping and any applicable restocking fees on returned orders. This includes the cost of free shipping; items returned that had been shipped for free will be refunded for the price of the merchandise excluding the actual shipping cost. A $10 return delivery fee will also be applied for delivery refusal on non-damaged goods. Winestuff reserves the right to pay the return shipping costs ONLY if the return is a result of our error.
A 6% restocking fee will apply to all returns of orders placed through Amazon.
All returns that were special order, shipped directly from manufacturer and/or shipped from locations other than our primary PA warehouse will be charged a 15% restocking fee ($5 Minimum).
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.

Return Exceptions Include:
- Personalized engraving orders. Winestuff will only accept returns for wrongfully engraved items or mistakes.
- Special Handling or Gift Wrap fees and services will not be refunded.
- Discounts or Promotions. The refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the free gift, free shipping or discount that was applied to your original order.
- Drop Ship items: Items that are not shipped from Easton, PA will be subject to a $5 restocking fee.
- Amazon.com Orders: A 6% restocking fee will apply to all returns on orders placed through Amazon.com
If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, please ship the original item with the filled out Product Exchange Form back to our Exchange Department. Ship to: Winestuff Exchanges Center, 410 S 16th, Easton, Pa 18042. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Hold onto all return tracking information when shipping your item(s) back to Winestuff. Additional shipping charges will apply for your exchanged item. If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item please e-mail us with details prior to shipping your exchange request.
Please note that it takes 3 to 5 business days to process the exchange once they arrive at our Returns Center.

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
- For items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received. ?
If you discover what you believe is a product defect please contact Customer Service at 1.800.946.3788 or via e-mail. Products deemed defective within 30 days of delivery can be exchanged for the same non-defective item. If after 30 days of delivery please contact the manufacturer of such third-party product directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty. Defective items can also be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery at your expense.
Extended Holiday Returns:
Gift didn't quite work out? No problem, because Winestuff offers an easy, no-hassle return policy for holiday gift purchases. Any orders purchased from November 1- December 31 can be returned up to January 31
Is your Return or Exchange outside of the 30 day return policy? We do our best to satisfy our customers by offering store credit! If you would like to still return your orders back to Winestuff after the allowed 30 days we will offer you store credit for the item(s) that we receive back. The Store Credit is valid for 60 days of Winestuff receiving the return. Store credit will be only for the amount of the item minus all original shipping cots. Once your item(s) are received to our return center, you may call to place your order for the exchanged item(s). You may also fill out the exchange form at your time of return to expedite the process. Hold onto all return tracking information when shipping your item(s) back to Winestuff. Please advise extra shipping charges will apply.
If you received a item that was damaged in transit and need to exchange it for the same item, visit our Damages Center to request a replacement. Please keep the item(s) until replacements are received for possible inspection by carrier. Winestuff may request damaged goods to be retrieved. After replacement item(s) are received simply dispose of the item(s).
Note: You must report a damage claim within 3 business days of delivery, any damage claim after that point will not be replaced.
