When will my order ship?
Our goal is to process all orders within 1 business day of receipt. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday your order will be processed and shipped the next business day. Subject to availability. In the event the products you ordered are drop shipped from their manufacturers/producers shipping times may vary.

How long will it take to receive my order once it is shipped?
Orders are shipped using FedEx, UPS or US Postal Service. Unless a specific carrier is requested, Winestuff reserves the right to determine which carrier and service will be used. If your order requires expedited shipping service or a specific delivery date please call 1-800-946-3788 Mon-Fri 8 am - 4 pm EST. Depending on destination, please allow 1-8 business days for shipping.

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted or redirected. If you would like to return the item, please see Returns & Exchanges section. Do not refuse the delivery of non-damaged goods as this will result in up to a $10 return delivery fee.

Can I track my order? If so, how?
All orders shipped are trackable. Customers will receive tracking information of shipped orders directly by email from Winestuff.com on the day after shipment. To track your order simply click here.

Where is my order shipping from?
Most orders ship from our Easton, PA warehouse. On occasion we may ship your order from alternative locations throughout the continental United States. This may or may not cause shipping times to vary. For information on where a product ships from please call 1.800.946.3788.

I sent a gift directly to the recipient will a receipt with prices be included in the box?
Anytime an order is being shipped to anyone other than the purchaser we assume it is a gift and include a gift receipt (no prices) in the box.

What if an item is out of stock?
Occasionally, some items may be out of stock. Our website contains inventory availability for each item, so you can only order items that are in stock. From time to time, an item that says it is available turns out not to be. If this is the case, your order will be automatically back ordered and your credit card will be charged in order to reserve your item.

When are back orders shipped?
Most back orders ship within 7–14 days. However, some items, may take longer. Backordered items will be shipped immediately upon availability. To check on the status of a back order, contact us.

I ordered engraving, how long does this take?
Although each job is different, normally it takes 4-6 business days. More advanced jobs will take longer.

What is our return policy on engraving?
Engraved items are not returnable unless WE make a mistake in spelling. We will spell the engraving exactly as you submit it with your order. Please double check your spelling!

What if an item cannot be engraved?
If an item cannot be engraved for any reason, the item will be shipped to you without engraving and the cost of engraving will be refunded.

I forgot to use a coupon, can I still apply it?
Unfortunately, once an order has been received any coupons can not be applied. If you forgot to use a coupon, please contact us and Winestuff will provide you with store credit toward future orders.
