WineStuff strives to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. Unfortunately packages may be damaged during the shipping process. WineStuff will replace all items damaged during shipment at NO cost to you. To submit a damage claim please follow the detailed instructions below:
You must report all damage claims within 3 business days of delivery.
PLEASE DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED ITEMS OR ANY OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR PACKING MATERIAL. DISPOSING OF ANY DAMAGED ITEMS, ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR PACKING MATERIAL WILL VOID YOUR CLAIM.
Carefully open the package and inspect all contents to identify what exactly is damaged. A majority of the time what sounds like the entire set is broken is often 1 or 2 glasses or items.
Please hold on to the damaged items until you receive your replacements. The shipping carrier may want to come and inspect the damaged items. In this case, a customer care representative will contact you. If you are not notified that inspection is required you may dispose of the damage items when you receive your replacements.
To submit a damage claim you will need the following information:
- Name of Purchaser
- Name of Recipient (if different)
- Order #
- Order Date
- Shipping carrier that delivered the package
- Tracking #
- Item # of damaged item
- Qty damaged
- Item Type – what is broken? A glass, a decanter…
- Description of damage
If you would like a refund for your damaged item, please do not complete this form. In this case, you will need to return the item(s) including the damaged items at your expense.
